I am very disturbed with trip.com assigned very small room for 2+1 pax which is badly impacted us and amenities is totally 0 . I never expected this in my 1st transaction

Hotel was understaffed. Room service was not good. Toiletries not provided. Towels were unclean. Restaurant was not fully operational due to management change.

The service was very bad and the attitude of customer service and room service were terrible. Will never recommend this to anyone as the experience was very bad.

The location is just 2 km from railway station. It is easy and convenient to travel to historical places like mysore zoo and place from this hotel. Rooms were spacious and highly ventilated. Only concern thing is there is no in house restaurant and the tiffins served in the complimentary breakfast are limited.

Hotel was good for family, missing are not provided amenities like mentioned in the cantaloupe while booking ex, tv was not working, no bath soap etc.

room was big and clean but some of the items broken and it not repaired. Had tv but no signal at all, kids keep asking. Limited water to drink, for 3 members only 1 litre a day, above need to purchase. Be careful of moving around the hotel and looking for new guests
no lacart restaurant, only meals and breakfast but it's good in taste.
