The property is very old. The service is bad. In-spite of early check in request and being vacant, they asked extra 25 percent charge for one hour.

Not stayed waste of money, changed the lodge because we came early morning 7am but he refused to give room up to 12. Other wise he asked extra money for early entry quarrel-led with them and wasted 1150 rupees without stay

Hotel is well located in city center. All the facilities will be available also travel-ling to near by tourist place are very from this hotel. Hotel staff are treated very well over it is good experience.

Unhygienic on beds and bad smell on bedsheets and carpets, parking problem, bath room are not cleanliness and unhygienic bad smells on face wash sink. Totally worst service.

I feel an average because the room doesn't have any fragrance but i like the cot the employees were good and there will be no room service but i like it budget friendly thank you for garden city

It's not a hotel, it's a lodge receptionist behaviour is strict lift not there
i've booked room for 4 person, but that room only has 3 person capacity. Tv is not working, tv plug is not working, drinking water not available in room, water is coming very slowly in bathroom.

The hotel is ideally located in mysuru. The management and staff have toiled hard to woo customers at competitive rates. Car parking is well managed by security staff mr. Rangaswamy. Complimentary items provided are appreciable. Bathroom maintenance definitely requires better focus. Overall, it is a value for money hotel which ensures a comfortable stay.
