I had issues with my flight being cancelled and then rescheduled. The first night, Trip.com was able to have the reservation moved, but the 2nd night someone named Charisse in Guest Relations told Trip.com that they couldn’t change the date due to their policy. Well, since it had just been done the previous day, I know that’s not true. So I’m out $265 and still have to fly to Myrtle Beach in the morning for business. Thanks for nothing, Staybridge.
