My family and i loved it!. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom villa and very clean. 4 pools on site with an additional pool and beach club across the street..also with waterslides for the kids. No complaints at all. Will be our place to stay at Myrtle beach from now on

Bad service. Beds horrible. No ice makers,. Very expensive. No beach chairs.The vacation club sales reps are bullys. Hold you captive and threaten to charge you $300 if you don't listen to their 3hr presentation. Not 2hrs like we were told. Become very rude if you arent interested in buying into the club. Very rude if you ask questions they don't like. It was an awful experience and will never stay at an IHG hotel again
