This place is amazing. It's luxury upon luxury. It has everything you need right at your doorstep, if you're not worried about exploring the island you can stay here your entire trip and be thoroughly satisfied. It has its own beach that is sheltered from swell so it's nice and calm. Perfect for kids and snorkelers alike! The restaurants they have are all 5 star and the food is amazing. Highly recommend this resort!

Hotel molto bello, vero 5 stelle, impeccabile in tutti i servizi. Forse unico neo del periodo il ristorante principale dove si cenava in esterno con troppa aria. Il cibo della colazione e della cena comunque molto vario e di ottima qualità. La posizione dell hotel è circa a metà dell isola e quindi abbastanza comoda per visitare l intera isola con una macchina a noleggio, Se invece si decide di visitare solo la parte occidentale meglio scegliere una sistemazione a Chania, per la parte orientale Agios Nicolaos. La città di Rethimno dista a circa 20 km ed è molto bella, anche Panormos che dista 2 km , raggiungibile anche a piedi merita una capatina. L Hotel nn è molto frequentato da italiani e quindi anche il personale nn parla italiano, necessario conoscere almeno un po’ di inglese.

Une nouvelle fois pleinement satisfait de notre séjour. Un management trés investi veille à assurer le bien ètre des résidents.De l'acceuil au petit cadeau de départ ,les attentions sont là, dans un cadre parfaitement entretenu , contemporain chic et apaisant.Le service est le plus souvent souriant voire extrémement bienveillant comme à la plage où Vassilis en hote expérimenté anime aussi des conversations de qualité. Bien entendu l'indispensable Anastatsia va au devant de vos éventuelles instatisfactions. Nous retrouverons Mr Kiagas l'orchestrateur de cette harmonie relaxante avec un grand plaisir.

Cet hôtel est fantastique !! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ! L'hôtel est magnifique, tout est beau et décoré avec soin. Des splendides chambres, lumineuses et chaleureuses, du jardin (des jardins) fleuris splendides, les repas sont savoureux, copieux, variés, le spa est merveilleux. Les piscines ornent magnifiquement cet ensemble et tous les bleus sont conjugués. Tout, tout le personnel est gentil, attentionné et très professionnel. Le service est impeccable. My wife and I booked the Royal Blue Resort for our wedding anniversary. They really went above and beyond to welcome us and ensured we had a brilliant stay. They provided us with an anniversary cake and drink on arrival, and upgraded us to a sea view room. All the members of staff and management at the hotel were so friendly and attentive. Magnifique hôtel, personnel aux petits soins, restauration de qualité avec des petits déjeuners extra🤩. Le site est superbe et très bien organisé. Vous aurez plaisir à vous prélasser sur les transats ! La literie est parfaite et la chambre spacieuse. La grande piscine très belle et la plage privée est très agréable . An immaculate, clean and well presented hotel. All the staff were kind, welcoming and highly customer focused. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a huge choice of food in 4 restaurants, all of a high quality with plentiful choice. The hotel has an excellent location, just a 50 min drive from HER airport, with two private Sandy beaches and sheltered coves; ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Each subbed location has a push-button to summon the excellent bar staff to order drinks and snacks. The main pool is huge and the ‘adults only’ pool is quiet and of a good size. An excellent spa hotel suited to couples and small family groups. Highly recommended

After a long summer working hard on our Allotment, where here in the northern part of the UK, because of the amount of rain we had and lack of regular sunshine, this all contributed to what was a poor crop/harvest (although excellent weather for weeds and the grass!) we decided to visit Crete for the first time. We were not disappointed with our choice of holiday destination and travelling around the Northern section of the Island and all it has to offer, we found fantastic places to visit, to eat and taste the local wine, but the most enduring part of our holiday was how impressed we were with its people, especially so at The Royal Blue Resort. You really wouldn't have known that it was coming to the end of the season for the staff and with most of them working 6 days a week, for the past six months, everyone we had a touch point with, was still delivering first class service for all your needs and it really could have been the start of the season for them. We felt so lucky to have booked 5 nights at The Royal Blue Resort and it is the perfect place to lie back, unwind and enjoy those special moments in life. Thank you to all, for making our stay so perfect.

Lovely hotel with great food, friendly and helpful staff - perfect for a relaxing week in the sun. On arrival we were given a room which was not ideal however Guest Relations quickly resolved the issue the following day. We stayed in a Luxury Villa room with private pool which we can recommend especially the lovely outside space. We ate in the a la carte restaurants every evening which were great although it stated there were 3 only one was open each night. Would definitely consider a return visit.
