Quiet hillside location 50m from the stunning Platis Gialos beach and 2-3mins easy flat walk to local eateries, shops & supermarkets and the bus stop beyond (approx 5mins walk) to Mykonos old town is the reason you would stay here. Rooms are modern, clean and refurbished with expansive balcony views of the Platis Gialos bay area. Small sandy beach (no sun cover) is literally outside the hotel (you can find sunbeds along the beach area but they’re expensive). Location. Platis Gialos bay on the eastern outer edge. Stunning beach. Eateries, shops & supermarkets at your doorstep. Expansive private balconies with stunning bay views. Shared reception with Thalassa Boutique Hotel (which is below and on the beach with their own private sunbeds - cannot be used by Hotel Anna occupants). Because of the hilly landscape there’s stairs to negotiate on the property but there’s always help with luggage (special call out to Angelos, professional and informative). Value. Reasonable considering location and being in Mykonos (nothing is of value relative to other greek islands!). Rooms are refurbished, with AC, modern bathroom etc. (Note, no breakfast is provided - the restaurant at the adjoining Thalassa Boutique Hotel charges approx Euro 25 pp). Sleep quality. Very good, clean & comfortable beds. Room is maintained very well. Proprietors. Shared reception with Thalassa Boutique Hotel. Receptionist (female) is somewhat arrogant and rude but all other staff professional and informative. Room. Good size with all modern conveniences, AC, bar fridge, keyed safe. Private balconies with seaside views. Breakfast. Not provided - see comments earlier. PS try Avli Taverna for dinner of modern greek cuisine located on the other edge of Platis Gialos. Call out to Thanasis (proprietor).
