What a terrible hotel. We paid 275 euros per night and everything was incredibly disappointing. It started at check-in. At 3:00 PM we had to wait another 40 minutes because the room was not ready, without any kind of apology. When we asked about this, they even got irritated. The hotel was not at all like the pictures; do not fall for this! I will definitely report this, because it was a huge disappointment. The hotel is poorly maintained and urgently needs a thorough renovation. In addition, we had a balcony that the neighbors could look out onto, and even worse, they could easily step onto our balcony. Moreover, it was so hot there that it was impossible to use it. There was no parasol or any kind of shade. The bathroom was dirty and rickety, and it smelled terribly of sewage. The toilet and air conditioning made very loud noises, which was not pleasant when visiting the toilet. The staff was not helpful at all. If you asked them something, they got irritated. For example, when we ran out of soap and asked for new ones, they promised to bring it, but no one came. We tried calling them, but no one answered. Also with towels it was a drama; after cleaning we had no towels and the reception was unreachable again. With a lot of effort we got towels, but hand soap and body wash were out of stock, so we got hair conditioner. We had to shower with this and wash our hands? I couldn't believe my ears. And to make matters worse, the pump was so dirty that I didn't even want to touch it. The cleaning was terrible; there was hair everywhere on the floor and there were skid marks in the toilet. The only thing they did was make the bed. Also, the location was terrible. It felt unsafe to cross the street and parking at the hotel was impossible. If you didn't have a rental car, taxis were unaffordable. Short rides, like six minutes from the airport to the hotel, cost 40 euros! In the evening from the center to the hotel, a ride of only 10 minutes, cost 64 euros! And these were one-way trips. Walking was almost impossible; there were no sidewalks and on narrow parts it was extremely dangerous to walk. In the dark there were no lights anywhere so you had to shine your phone so that drivers could see you. In short, it was a hellish experience and a terrible hotel. They don’t even deserve one star!
