I purchased a place for Ürgüp Eliz Cave Hotel in Cappadocia Region between 7-9 September through Jolly Tur by looking at 45 pictures in the mobile application one by one. When I got to the hotel, I was given a completely different room than the one in the picture, in a completely different building than the one sold. I waited in front of the hotel for 5 hours to check in. To solve the problem, they told me that they could give me a different room type in the main building by charging me a high fee. My problem is not resolved. I was forced to stay in a stuffy place different from the ones in the picture in the mobile application. A sale has been made that completely misleads and harms the customer.

One of the best spots for a classical Cappadocia style and peaceful holiday. The staff is friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is delicious. We felt like we were at home. We are thinking of coming again 😊

Superb ambience and great hotel to stay in. Staffs were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Fast response when you seek for information. Especially to Nesibe who has been super awesome and friendly! A recommended place to choose for your stay in Cappadocia!

Magnificent hotel, very warm, I recommend it. The hotel has remarkable architecture. We had a very spacious room with hammam. We were with our 4 year old child. Breakfast was great. The staff is very pleasant

Our arrival was delayed and we got to the hotel around 1am on our first night. The staff were waiting and checked us in quickly and effortlessly. Nesibe the housekeeper was warm and so very helpful, we felt we made a friend. I highly recommend!
