Booked here for two days, the value for money is really bad. The design is ok, but it is definitely not worth 1800 pounds a night, the room is very crowded for two people. The room types are not uniform, and you have to rely on luck to get a room. Our room is half the size of the same room my friend booked. For a 5-star standard, there are very few breakfast varieties. My girlfriend had a stomach upset in the morning. ****. But objectively speaking, I am not sure whether it is caused by the hotel breakfast, because its breakfast is fine for me. Friends with weak stomachs should pay attention. The spa is misleading. After we changed our clothes, we were told that the spa and swimming pool were separated by gender and time when we went there, girls in the morning and boys in the afternoon, which resulted in my girlfriend and I not being able to go together. It's a pity that we simply went back to the room and didn't go. The spa and swimming pool in the hotel we were in Turkey the day before were normal. I don't know why they made it special. The location is not ideal. It is a 30-minute drive from the hot air balloon in the city center and Göreme, where most hotels are located. I suggest that it is better to book a hotel in the city center, so that it is more convenient to go to the hot air balloon and eat. This one is really not worth it. In the end, we didn't even want to stay the next day and went somewhere else.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I would like to highlight the service attitude of the front desk guy, who was super nice. He reminded us to get up in the morning when we were catching a flight, and then asked the chef to prepare breakfast for us to eat on the way, etc. The experience was great

After checking out, they also gave us souvenirs. The two small ceramic plates were super beautiful and I loved them!! Because the driver came to pick us up in the morning, we were too rushed to have breakfast, and they prepared small cakes for us to take with us. On the second and third days, we stayed at the Museum Hotel. In comparison, the appearance here is not very cave-like, but the staff is more humane and the facilities are newer. I will definitely come back when the weather is warmer!
