Actually a nice room feels like a cave. Thick walls proofing sound from outside.
Small fridge not very efficient. Smallest TV ever.
Jacuzzi costs extra and not included. They want 300TL per head even though they fill it once you have to pay for the whole family.
And its a 30min drive to the balloon viewing points.

Genel olarak iyiydi ama mini bardaki sulari çeşme suyu ile doldurmasalar daha iyi olurdu 2 türk kahvesi 1 meyve suyu 2 adet 0.5 lik suya 240 tl aldilar.

Oda sanırım taş oldugu icin cok havasız oluyordu banyoda temizliği iyi degildi ama otel konum olarak manzara olarak iyi bir yerdeydi tercih edilebilir beklentiyi yuksek tutmamak gerek

Otel genel olarak iyiydi. Temizliği düzen biz beğendik. Personeli çok içtendi, tv ilk etapta çekmedi mağara olduğundan dolayı hemen gelip hallettiler ekstra ihtiyaç duyduğumuz şeyler temin edildi. Biz memnun kaldık ☺️

Odada çarşafımız kesme çarşafdı yatakdan çıktı durdu temizliği kötüydü ilk girdiğimizde odada su yoktu kahvaltısı zayıf birşey istedğimizde resepsiyonda kimse yoktu tuvalet kağıdı yoktu hep biz söyledikçe uzun zaman sonra geldi bayramda fiyatlar 2 katı ama hizmrt berbat bedava kalmış hissi vardı

Fotoğrafların gerçeği asla yansıtmadığı pis bir otel, Mother Earth odasını tercih ettim, ve odaya girer girmez hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Yastık kılıfları yoktu, yatak yalandan örtülmüş. Küvet ıslak ve etrafı saç kılıyla doluydu, resepsiyon personelini çağırdığımda ‘bu mu sorun ? Bir kılsa alırız ‘ gibi bir tepki verdi. Hiç profesyonel değildi, asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Otelcilik basite alınacak bir kavram değil, umarım çalışanınız Mustafa bey bunu öğrenip daha iyi hizmetler sunabilir.
