Wonderful experience. Excellent breakfast. Very neat and clean. Staffs are admirable. Balcony room just awesome. Other rooms are spacious. Car parking available. 500 m away from mall. It's in upper road. You have to walk 500 m up from mall. Bathroom are also in very good condition. 24 hours hot water available. It's worthy. I went with my toddler. They prepared special khichdi for as per my instruction. Thanks mmt

We 49 members stayed at The Sun N Snow hotel recently. It was nature friendly, very neat and clean & the room services were great. The food provided was hygienic and its aroma and taste was soulful. Bonfire and games were fun. Mr. Sonu at the front desk was very helpful and made our checkin smoothly without any long waiting. Also, the parking of our two 25 seater tempo travellers at the hotel premises was really helpful. We recommend this hotel for family trips to Mussoorie.

There were insects in tap water found during taking bath, informed to manager then they arranged water in buckets.

We had thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff and management are very courteous and they go great lenghts to keep us happy. Example, they arranged for a quick laundry of my kids clothes that got dirtier by vomit. They arranged for headache tablets. The serve food like home guests. The rooms are also nice and spacious. The view from hotel is also good great View from balcony family hotel

Spent a great evening. Staff is really cooperative and helpful. Got some confusion with booking date. Staff shorted out within half n hour and provided stay
