It's an average hotel at a premium hotel price. The room is very standard without bathroom accessories like dental kit and all. We got water at reception as a welcome drink which is really surprising.

It was a pleasant stay, location of property was best part, in mid of mall road. Staff was very kind and supportive. Meals of hotel was the best at its taste. Special thanks to the restaurant staff as they customized my meal on request.

The hotel feels overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are decent and comfortable, but they don’t really justify the high cost. The location is a plus, making it convenient for guests, but not all rooms have a nice view, which can be disappointing. I didn’t try the food, but it looked pretty average, so i wouldn’t expect anything special. There is a starbucks on the lower floor, which is nice for quick coffee and snacks, but it doesn’t make up for the overall dining experience in the hotel. While the hotel has some good points like the comfortable rooms and great location, the price seems too high for what you get. If you’re looking for a place that truly offers value for your money, you might want to explore other options that provide a better overall experience.

Our stay was good at tulip inn. They upgraded our room booking without any extra charges. The staff were polite and well-behaved.

Worst hotel I booked in my life… no basic facilities nothing… staff has committed us that they r sending can to pick us from Mall Road and after 10 mins they delete the whts chat and said that they doesn’t provide pickup facilities… they charge extra bedding they give us folding….

One of the best hotel in Mussoorie, exquisite view, amazing experience, staff is so cordial and humble specially to mention Kuldeep, Aman, Shishupal and Rakshi they always kept smile on their face no matter the rush. Good food and live music with superb singer Laurance will make u dance on his tunes.. will give you an experience to remember. Lastly Anand Sir. You will be remembered for your hospitality. We booked the stay while on the mall road. Very nice big clean rooms with an amazing view of the hills while on the mall road. Prime location.
