Perfect location, perfect property, perfect food, perfect ambience. Kid enjoyed the temperature controlled pool the most. Great hospitality by the staff. Only thing which was of little concern was parking arrangement, but thats manageable in this location.

There is a reason I have said this is the best hotel in the Masonite-it really is I first visit in 2018 and it was just as amazing then. You are treated as in individual-the staff care about you. The staff by the am lounge are so helpful- Especially chef Rajendra . The hotel manager Mr Hemant sir made sure our experience was wonderful. Chef Rajendra created a magnificent Chinese food for use.

Amazing experience.... Hotel is perfectly located on Mall Road, rooms are beautiful, staff gives you a warmth experience of their hospitality. Breakfast was delicious. Heated swimming pool made my little ones day. Most importantly the hotel has its own parking which keeps you relaxed from the hustle bustle traffic and parking issues at Mall rd. It was a wonderful experience and memorable one. The only thing we missed is the View room due to high occupancy, hopefully we get one during our next visit. Keep up the good work team. Stay was comfortable. Fast room service, clean. Hotel is on mall road nice view from balcony. Food is awesome specially breakfast. Staff is kind and helpful. Most recommended for family travel. Landour is near from this hotel………………………… ..

Location is great .. bang on the mall road parking is available rooms are good food is great and if u are looking for an option easily acessible to mall road .. mosaic is a great option ..and yeah indoor temperature controlled swimming pool is a plus overall a good hotel

Hotel is excellent and restaurant is very nice and they serve the food with full of warmth and love. Great service from Miss Neha, Mrs. Parmod and chef Rajendra. Also very nice rooms and spacious. View is also very nice. Location is the best part as it is situated at the Mall Road. Easy to access the Mall Road.

The staff was really helpful and welcoming but the service was a little bit poor specifically room service. The food was not very good, especially coffee, honestly it could be better. Overall the hotel was very nice and it had a great vibe to it.

This was our second visit to Mussoorie, and we decided to stay at Mosaic once again because of our enjoyable experience during our previous trip. We noticed some improvements around the reception area, which enhanced the welcoming vibe of the hotel. Just like our first visit, our stay was wonderfully comfortable, and we found the food to be exceptional—each meal was delicious. The staff provided excellent hospitality, ensuring that we felt right at home throughout our stay. There were several aspects of our experience that we particularly appreciated: * The hotel’s prime location at the beginning of Mall Road was a huge advantage. It made parking our car convenient, and we loved being able to stroll to the mall whenever we wanted, exploring the local shops and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. * My daughters were thrilled with the heated pool, which was a perfect way for them to relax and have fun. They were also delighted by the variety of delicious breakfast options available each morning. Overall, our stay at Mosaic was filled with wonderful memories, and we look forward to returning in the future.
