Excellent stay, room waa beautiful, food was amazing all days and the menu limitless. Special thanks to the team Akshay Dhiman for all the special travel tips and making everything smooth sailing, Mr Rohit Sharma for all the interesting stories. Sajid, Tarun, all at the reception. Chef Bhisht amazing humour, Raju, Vikram, Poonam, Rohit, Pawan and all at Emilys and service staff Harishcharndra who helped us at every stage and making our stay so memorable and comfortable! We will visit again and share our experience with family abd friends.

ROKEBY MANOR IN LANDOUR IS A WONDERFUL, Beautiful OLD BRITISH BUNGALOW AND WE HAD A LOVELY TIME. THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KIND AND FRIENDLY. SPECIAL MENTION AT YHE RECEPTION MANNED BY : AKSHAY DHIMAN AND TARUN RAWAT AND SAJID. IT WAS A VERY MEMRABLE STAY AND WOULD RECOMMEND PEOPLE WHO LOVE NATURE , QUIETUDE AND A N OLD WORLD CHARM HOTEL WITH FRIENDLY STAFF AND REALLY DELICIOUS FOOD , TO COME HERE.

I had a great time staying here as the management was great in how they accomodated my situation. I accidentally booked their partner hotel in Scotland as I was led there by the Google maps link, not knowing that I did not book their Mussoorie hotel. However, their team was great in getting me a reservation their that night when I landed there. Great rustic room and amazing restaurant team at their location. Great walk around the area in the morning with views of the Himalayas.

Ecstatic! Such a hidden gem! This place in its rustic and British vibe makes you feel on vacation the day you step into the entry. The staff is well trained and courteous in all its service. Mr Sajid is soft-spoken and professional attendant.

For the price the room is so small rather stay in savoy horrible stay Staff is good food is good but stay hope you don’t get room inside the hotel near the stairs which is next to the staff room paying 25,000 for a night and getting this as an experience after booking 2 rooms of the same category and the difference between rooms Suit room also does not have anything amazing we no sitting area I made a booking for the big suit and got a small room I’m sure Overhyped and not worth it

Pathetic rooms after paying the full charges which are compared to 5 star properties and then delivering 2 star property rooms How can professional hotels deliver this kind of quality Pls confirm everything before you choose to stay We had great expectations as we choose and paid for the best for the family of 9 but got the worst rooms

The hotel is fabolous..The vibes here is awesome...the place ,the garden ,the area everything feels like a dream..The food is delicious..but the service and hospitality is a big let down...it's q below expectation..it made our experience a very avarage affair..we didn't ger any activity orexperience at the hotel..no bonfire..at the garden or at the lounge..it's only available from December to February...so pls visit this place in those 3 months only...we requested for some experience but we didn't get any...the reception guys were no helpful at all..they just want to charge for anything..looks like a 3 star property..there is a writing in the garden " tea served daily " but ot also from December..........hahaha when we asked the reception guy they couldn't a give a complementary tea also...it's so funny the price they charge like a 5star property but the service here is like a 3tar ...we have cane from staying 3 nights at savoy..so it made our experience much worse...at savoy the hospitality is 10 on 10..they are so helpful and so polite...it was a dream experience at savoy.....hope next time we visit rokeby the service will be better..
