We had an amazing experience at the property, their hospitality is beyond expectations. The staff is humble and genuine. The food is just amazing both veg and non veg that too at very nominal rates. Complimentary breakfast is also good with a variety of items

I choose the normal room for 2 days and we upgraded it after we reached but on the next day they told us to shift to our original room because the room were booked. They checked the booking which caused the situation. Other than that the rooms were really good and the food was also yummy and service was excellent. Overall enjoyed the stay but the inconvenience was not good

Hotel is very nice being a heritage hotel, cleanliness and service is excellent and so is the food. Minor inconvenience is the steep and narrow entrance to the road from mall road, but they drop you and pick you up at a call and very promptly. So it is ok. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The location is absolutely terrible, the property is old heritage building but not at all maintained, the staff is not polite and will treat you like you don’t value to them at all.
The only good is the food which has that authentic pahari touch.
