There was a Filipino man at the front desk. I forgot to ask his name. His service attitude was very good. There was also a Pakistani man who sent my luggage to the room. Their service was really great. Thumbs up👍👍👍

This is a hotel apartments building. The main issue is the clean. On the halls is bad. Better in the apartment but not too much. Basically is a budget hotel. Don't expect many things. You are going to receive a place to sleep, but that's all. It has an underground parking, so this would be a plus.

Average given the maintainance issues in the bedroom and bathroom. The chair was broken, the ironing board was broken and the light switches were behind the pillows... in the bed itself. There was also tape maintaining the shower head. The terrace was also locked with no key and it was filthy, and the power outlet on the desk was level with the desk so some plugs were unable to fit. Parts of the curtains were also left hanging where they are not intended to be and no shampoo was provided. A lot of classic aesthetic over practicality mistakes, as evidently this building complex was designed with curb appeal and the interiors are quite lavish. I appreciated the low music playing in the corridors and the array of different call and service buttons in the bedroom too. Though totally unnecessary, I also appreciated the 4 elevators and the staff seemed also to be nice enough. Overall, no problems for short stays, but I probably wouldn''t return again.

Staff are terrible, no smile , not helpful and always looks not happy and upset , very rude over the phone and in person especially the Arab girls reception, and in general all the reception are rude and not helpful. 27th December I called to extend my stay but the night shift man was extremely rude . Arrogant , I don’t really recommend anyone to stay here . 28th December morning I went to pay the additional 4 nights and I gave my card to pay . But rudely was returned for me by the Arabic lady on the desk and never say thank you and no smile and didn’t not appreciate the 16 nights I was there - this must be the worst experience. Cigarettes smoke everywhere on the floor knowing that it’s not smoking floor Difficult to get second key for the room , they only give one key . No thank you or appreciation by the phone or personal I will not come back here . I don’t advise anyone to stay here . Honestly just bad service

The location and room of this hotel was perfectly adequate. However the staff at this hotel and general atmosphere really made our 24 hour stay very unpleasant Upon arrival and checkin, 2 ladies behind the desk were talking about us in Arabic to each other. The gentleman serving us wasn’t very friendly either. We had also prearranged a late check out when booking the room but we’re told that ‘it’s company policy’ that we couldn’t get the time we wanted. They were very difficult and only when I provided proof of the conversation did they accept our request. Also at night the rooms were very noisy with noise from the occupier next door and children running up and down the corridor coming through. Wouldn’t recommend
