At first I was a little concerned about the spotted and fraying carpet. But everything else was great. Very clean, the bed was more comfortable than most hotels I stay at. Love how much space in the rooms as well. I would for sure stay again. Front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

It's the little things. Hotel was not bad. Front desk was OK. But, my Iron did not work. I called down to the front and they said they had one I could get. I went down came to room and it would not even turn on, Then my last night, I hot and dirty from working all day and the shower gel is out. Really ? I had to use the little face soap,

Don’t stay here! We had an emergency trip that we needed accommodations for. I didn’t have time to research reviews, like I usually do. We arrived and check in was super quick. That’s where our good experience ended. When we walked into our room, we were immediately greeted with filth. The sheets/ bed were in poor condition and the bathroom was something you’d expect at a $60 dollar a night accommodation. Super dirty, enough to warrant wearing shower shoes. We were moved to another room, that was just as gross. Additionally, we needed to be out the door to go to the hospital by 7AM. We hoped to grab breakfast at the complimentary buffet that is promised at 6:30AM. We arrived to no breakfast available at 6:45AM. Halls are dirty, doors are dirty, trash overflowing. I wish I could go back to before I booked the reservation. We will NEVER stay at a Residence Inn again.

Clean Marriott Property with easy access to Highway and close by shopping. Stay is for business. Room was clean and spacious. Kitchenette with cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Breakfast available starting at 6:30 am. Decent choices from omelets, waffle maker, cereal, danishes and baked goods.

We were not told prior to booking that the pool was closed. It wasn't listed on their website & it wasn't mentioned when I called to ask questions either. The hallways to our suite were very beat up. We had a one bdrm suite & it was so beat up & dirty too. Talked to front desk & her excuse was it's 9 years old, well I've stayed at older hotels that were in much better shape. Room was dirty as well & for the price I would have at least expected clean. Parking was very limited with no handicapped parking available (only had 7 or spots). If you're a light sleeper know that there doesn't seem to be great sound barrier between the floors because it's after 10:30 & for the past hour all we've heard is loud walking about us.

Our family of four (2 teens) stayed here 6 nights. Having a separate bedroom, suite style, made all the difference for us so we didn’t all have to go to bed at the same time for a full week. There was plenty of space for us to store our bags, but a luggage rack would have been helpful. A few more things that would have helped: more hangers in the closet, some hooks by the front door for jackets (had to go thru bedroom for closet), and a couple of “purse hooks” under the entryway shelf, a couple more towel hooks in the bath behind the door, and a hook or bar for a kitchen towel by the sink. Also, some usb charging ports are pretty much standard these days, and in our room could only be found on the bedroom clock. An additional comfortable chair in the tv space would be nice to fit a 4th person. We had to use the desk chair, not so great. The beds, blankets and pillows were very comfortable, and the room dark for sleep. We didn’t hear much outside noise, but the a/c-heat system had a loud hum and strong breeze. We found that even in winter we needed to keep it on a/c or the space would heat up overnight to the mid-70’s and become stuffy. The kitchen was quirky and pots for cooking were insufficient. I only cooked once. There was no pan for making eggs, just steep-sided sauté pots, but breakfast had eggs every day. I made my own one day when the eggs had cheese in them that I couldn’t eat. I washed everything by hand until the last day because with 4 people and 4 each glasses, mugs, plates, we ran out quickly. Breakfast was fantastic, with hot options and something for everyone, including bagels and pastries, bacon or sausage, waffle iron, oatmeal with toppings, fruit, snack bars, yogurt with additional toppings, sliced cheeses (even Brie!), cereal (mostly sugary varieties), I do appreciate the Udi’s gluten-free bagels every morning, and hand cut fresh fruit. I am celiac and never got sick from the food. It was a nice start to our day for skiing. The hot tub was a great apres-ski, with the pool for cooling off. The hot tub itself was large enough for two Mamini es and plenty hot. Towels were sparse and there never seemed to be any clean ones when we would go so we’d have to go to the desk to ask, a bit inconvenient walking around in a swimsuit. Our room was on the second floor a few doors from the entry, which was really convenient for us. We still had a nice view of the mountains. The rooms were generally quite clean, but our bathroom needed a deep clean. The metal trim was grimy and the wallpaper was coated in a layer of dust. Everything else was adequately clean but I noticed this right away and it really bugged me. However, it was not enough to reduce my rating. The hotel layout was logical and easy to navigate. Location was good, close to restaurants and Costco, 40-45 minutes from Snowbird/Alta, easy access to the freeway system, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay! Will likely return.

We utilize this hotel several times a month for business. We have a corporate rate with them and fill out a cc authorization for each visit so that employees are not expected to utilize their own credit cards. This is the second time an employee has been unable to check in as they have been unable to find the cc authorization, resulting in double payment. The staff was extremely rude to our employee when he pulled up his confirmation email and asked for more detail on what he needed so he could retrieve that from our company. She responded with extreme and uncalled for attitude. I’ll never send another employee to this establishment - we will be seeking hospitality with another hotel that practices good hospitality and customer service.

Reservation on Marriott site made Nov 12, 2022, for 2 bedroom suite Dec 28- Jan 1. 2 adults, 2 pre-teen children. Informed at check-in that room was not available, and not even any rooms with 2 beds. "I apologize for your inconvenience." "A reservation is not a guarantee the room will be available". Only option? Two separate, not-connected, studio units with 1 bed in each. Great family vacation, screwed up ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN!
