Love is amazing. Will definitely visit again. She helped us when we had an issue with our check in time and helped with never letting it affect her hospitality.

Very friendly staff and clean lobby. Good location. However, absolutely have to mention the cigarette burn on the linens in what I thought should be a non smoking room. Housekeeping should not miss such things. Bummer that no juice was available. Could be good with minor improvement.

The room was nice and cool all night! I will definitely stay there if I am in the area again. It's nice to get a room that the ac is working. The breakfast was good. I will definitely let my friends know about this hotel. They are doing a 👍👍👍👍👍👍 job!!!!

We booked this room as a halfway point on our way to Florida. It was easy to get to and near many eating and shopping places. Check-in and Check-out was simple. They had a pool although we did not use it. The room was clean and it was a smoking room so that was a bonus to us. You can request a nonsmoking room. The road above was a little noisy but that is nothing they can control. Breakfest was ok, a lot was not restocked and the selection was not the best in my opinion. It was a good value for us to use as a rest overnight stop.

The rooms were clean. TV service didn't work Pool was green Outside area needs pressure washing Breakfast was ok (eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt)

Seems like they refurbished an old hotel. Not bad, just not what we’re accustomed to from Best Western.

This hotel is conveniently located right off highway and is our preferred halfway stop for our bi yearly trip between our Florida and Wisconsin home. Water pressure in shower is great which is rare today.

The best that can be said is that the room was clean but well used. The staff seemed confused as to how to check someone in and breakfast was not ready at 6:00. The coffee was from the previous night and had not been replaced when we left to go to Waffle House for breakfast.The OJ was warm and the waffle maker was not up to temperature. No apology was offered for breakfast not being ready and the staff seemed mad we came down at 6:00 for breakfast

Our room was less than acceptable. Terrible smell, I could barely breathe in the room. Highway noise was deafening. I hope all the rooms don't smell this badly. Already have a headache. Even our cat didn't like it. You need to try harder at this hotel.
