It was good that the room we were initially given was changed to another one because the TV was broken, but it was inconvenient because there was no luggage rack or small table. We booked the room with breakfast, but it was cold and tasted bad, so I don't recommend it. Also, the coffee was instant and self-service even though the staff was busy. I wish they would at least explain. But they didn't seem to mean any harm. I'll also note that the staff were very nice when I talked to them.
In addition, the room keys were old-fashioned, and we were given one separate security card for the elevator, but since I was with someone, it would be very inconvenient if they didn't give us two cards.

Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Although my room just right in front of the flyover however it was perfectly fine.

Room is not spacious.
Car park not available.
No kettle for hot water (drink) in the room.
Very limited choice for food.
Hotel price does not justify the amenities.
At least the crew provided phone charger, so I'm giving them 4 for service.

For business travellers, it is a standard budget hotel. Nothing can expect much. Breakfast is ok, but the room service needs to be requested. Otherwise they will not fo any cleaning service.
