"Looking for an affordable hotel, I stumbled upon the City Hotel in Münster, which was advertised as a three-star establishment. It's about a 13-minute walk from the main train station. The problems started right at check-in – my payment couldn't be found, and it only went through after some searching and sending proof of payment. In my opinion, the rooms and the building are outdated and don't reflect a three-star hotel. Nevertheless, for the price, it's decent. Then came the problems again at check-out: The discount granted by Trip.com couldn't be found, and despite providing proof, I had to argue again, pay the difference, and almost ended up being late."
