"We had a very great experience with the vibe munnar resort and spa as whenever we call the staff comes for our service specially the laundry staff and B.Dhoni . We also likes the resturant of this hotel as the staff are kind hearted and welcoming you with big smile in thier face specially Anumol, Harinakshi and Renjith as well as the foods are delicious and testy . However, we have only one compliants that whenever electricity goes off and come back again but no one come to check the rooms if we have got our electricity back till we call the recepction staff , as we had full one night till morning 7 :30 am no electricity , we don't have a problem with AC getting off with cold weather but we have my mother who is very old in age with us who goes to toilet everytime and she might fell down with lights are off . It might cause her to fall down and anything can happened to her who will be responsible for that. Therefore , my advise you is to check the lights with all rooms after the electricity will gets back ."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The room was very comfortable with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating, particularly Matthew and Jishnal in the restaurant. There is no bar at the hotel but we came prepared and bought our own beer, which the hotel refrigerated for us. The location is not in Munnar but this did not matter to us as we had a driver. We would definitely stay here again"

"I went to Munnar for 4 days, most of the meals we had (breakfast and dinner) had 90% same menu, almost no change in 4 days. When we reached we got a room with no view, we requested for a room with better view for 2nd or 3rd day. But they bluntly told us that nothing is available. On 2nd day itself we saw a lot of folks checked out with rooms which had view. Anyway the experience was like 2 star hotel because of food quality and the services they offered."

"The reason to come here is the magnificent view. All rooms have balconies facing it. There is no pool to speak of ( it is said to be an infinity pool which is true but tiny and dilapidated sunloungers). Can’t comment on restaurant as they had kitchen problems. Lovely staff. Spa does a very oily but effective massage. It’s a long windy drive to get here and further to Munnar which resembles a North Indian hill town but has an interesting tea museum."

The entire 14-acre property is beautifully landscaped, exceptionally well-maintained, and perfectly showcases Munnar's natural greenery and mountain views. The buffet at Planter's Kitchen was a major highlight—great quality, wonderful taste, and plenty of variety to satisfy a large group. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. Shruthi and Praveen at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our check-in and group arrangements were handled flawlessly. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Between the scenic environment, the great food, and the excellent coordination by the staff, our team had an amazing time. We will definitely be back! The resort is located in the serene Chinnakanal area, right outside the tea estates and overlooking Chinnakanal Lake (Anaiyirangal Dam views). Out team utilized the swimming pool, the conference center and their Holiday Activity Centre, which includes indoor games."
