Worst hotel to book in ..leaking toilets no food no lift and the manager George has no concern for the guests .the kitchen staff and waiters were all drunk by night not a safe place with family .extremely dirty n they don’t borther to clean as well

I made a reservation via *******. Upon arrival I was told that the property does not have an account with *******. The receptionist not only lied to me that they have no account with ******* but didn't offer any solution such as pointing me to an alternative accomodation. Funny enough a guest in front of me had a similar problem. Later on it occurred to me that the hotel was booked out using other services and was declining guests from *******. That leaves me with very bad opinion of this establishment and in fact I believe it should be removed from *******. Do not book that hotel.

I stayed a night in this place. This not a resort not a 3 star hotel as described in google. It is just a low grade lodge. Just a room and an attached bathroom with leaky pipes.No wardrobe, no towels,no toiletries nothing. There is no restaurant here and you need to travel 750m- 1km for getting good food In the night which i stayed there , i was unable to sleep because the was an alcohol party was happening next to my room and a huge noise throughout the night by a large crowd.I complained it to the reception.Receptionist neglected it and later he was not attending my calls. This is not suitable to families Think twice before booking this hotel
