Ausgesprochen angenehme und familiaere Atmosphaere - sowohl zu den Inhabern und Personal als auch zu den Gaesten / sehr gastfreundlich / Kaffee & Erfrischungsgetraenke fuer jeden Geschmack rund um die Uhr erhaeltlich / sehr saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten / idyllischer Garten laedt zum Verweilen ein / sehr ruhig - kaum zu glauben, mitten in der Grossstadt zu sein! Excellent choice for a holiday in Munich! The house is in a wonderful location right next to the English Garden in the heart of Schwabing, the most beautiful district of this wonderful city. The house is very beautiful and surrounded by lots of greenery. The rooms are also nicely furnished and (.....very important...) the beds are large and have very comfortable mattresses. The owner and his family are very warm, always friendly and available for inquiries, information or just for nice conversations. I hope we can come back soon! We felt at home from the first day. Our dachshund, Marlene, was also warmly welcomed and was happy to return the favor. In front of the house there is a beer garden where you can enjoy good German dishes. In the morning after waking up and in the evening before returning to the room, a walk in the English Garden is always very nice. Absolutely recommended!!!❤️❤️❤️

We rented two rooms, for my son and one for myself. I could not be happier with the experience. The proprietor, Selçuk, is a wonderful person and made us feel like family. I have stayed in 5* resorts and not had such a pleasant experience. We woke up in the morning to the south of birds chirping, and no traffic. We walked across the street to an amazing restaurant and had the best Schnitzel ever - and great service and good beer. I will absolutely return here when I am back in Munich.

Our family only spent one night in this guesthouse, and didn’t get to explore the area as much as we’d hoped. That said, it provided two very spacious rooms in the main building with en suite bathroom. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, so it was important to leave the windows open--just bring earplugs. The main thing I appreciate is that the proprietor was happy to watch our bags over the weekend when it turned out we needed to drop two temporarily to fit into our rental car for the weekend. Really appreciate that!
