Location: It is within the scope of the train station, but it is still far away from the central train station München Hauptbahnhof. However, there is another station Hackerbrücke that is closer. If you come from the airport, it is also very simple. Pass the main station and take one more stop. After getting off the bus, walk for about 10-15 minutes. Stayed for 5 nights during my solo travel. It was a lovely spacious studio room with decent kitchenware. There was no daily room cleaning service and make up room only performed on my forth night, which they informed me as I checked in. Attentive staff at concierge who efficiently serve my needs and questions. Delightful breakfast with wide range of food and drinks. However, not the most convenient location even though it looked close to public transit station from the map. Takes some walking (10mins) to reach to closest tram or train station, and the walk was not for carrying big suitcases.
