PHOTOS IN THE HOTEL PROFILES ARE OLD, AND DIFFER FROM WHAT THE CONDITION NOW.... THE ROOM WAS POORLY MAINTAINED AND THERE WAS A FOUL SMELL AS WELL.

We booked two rooms for our colleagues. The rooms are not like what shown in the website. We never book non ac rooms. The hotel charged us Rs 400 extra for ac room, which we are experiencing for the first time. Area is congested. Hotel is in a narrow street, without any parking facility.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked for 3 nights but checked out asap after 1. Reality of rooms is nothing like pictures. Bedsheets wet on arrival, bed headboard covered in mould. Walls and ceilings also covered in mould. Had to switch the air com off due to strange smell.

The Host wrote himself a review with my data and pin on booking. This makes me think that all the positive reviews that convinced me to book are false. The room is not like in the photos, it is tiny, very dirty. The lamps are broken, there are uncovered electric wires, toilet paper is not given, the toilet on our arrival was dirty with the excrement of some guest before us, the staff knocks loudly before check out time shouting "check out!! !" Not a good experience. Near the bedside table, on the floor, there were cigarette butts from someone before us. We are not picky at all, neither my fiancé or I. But finding excrement is just gross. There was a guy in reception one morning who said he booked online and showed him his confirmation but they had given the room to someone else. EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED. Hotel Liberty Plaza Mumbai Awful Hotel- Do not stay here Awful hotel- Do not stay here. The rooms were damp, covered in mould and cockroach infested! Do not believe the fraudulent reviews you see on ***********- they are all fake. Staff are rude with no care for the customer. This is the first time I have left a property during the night. Management refused a refund. While checking out, another couple were also leaving for the same reason.
