I booked the room ***** with breakfast but the hotel was not informed. Hence, had to pay and hoping to get reimbursement from trip.com

Room was not ready for me at 10 pm. It was given to someone else. Louder music sounds up to 1:30 at night. After that, up to the morning, i heard the sound of furniture movement.

Good stay, but food quality was not good, extra spicy and oily food they prepared and rate of food were too high. Washroom water problem water was not going through.

no door key, it was open anyone can walk
non smoking room booked and gave smoking room
it was stinking to the core
no cooperation from hotel staff for change over, just given statement this is nothing and they are full nothing can be changed
food not good
cockroach in bathroom bed was not comfortable - bedsheet had spots of earlier people using and not cleaned properly sofa etc are dirtier
