Very small room. No cleaniness. No water served during stay. No glass for drinking water. Please mention about no lifts. The rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. Great difficulty faced by me as i am sr citizen. I think you must remove this central guest house and explore good budget hotel in mumbai central area.

One can't find this so called guest house. Old unidentifiable board on first floor. We can't find entrance easily. Very small room. Small bathroom. It's like rooms in hutment area. Horrible guest house. At first manager refused to give room though it was booked in advance.

Small ordinary rooms, Ventilation for singal room is very poor except road side rooms. Owner and staffs behaviour ig very góod. Location is prime, Good restaurants are available near this hotel.
But my advise hotel in not good for stay with family.

The room was in a poor condition, stinking. No blankets, towels or bath soap provided. On the day of the checkout, there was no water supply. Had to leave without a bath

I ordered a tea which was supplied to me after 35 min. So i didn't order anything more. While checking out no kne supported me for luggage carrying. Room n bathroom were not as shown in pics. Bathroom light was not working and bathroom was so much congested that no one can take bth even. It was complete mess. Pathetic.
