Overall a good experience. Amenities are there but you have to pay to play pool, snooker, sky hockey, etc..only steam room but no sauna room. Changing rooms are not very clean. Check out time is at 10am which is too early especially when they are serving breakfast till 10:30am. Shower in the room is not good as the water comes very slowly. Hair dryer provided is of poor quality. Mattress provided is spring mattress which not comfortable to sleep. Food and drink menu prices are unrealistic.

Excellent property. Road to the place is little bumpy somewhere but once you reach the property you wi feel you are in goa. Nice place clean swimming pool, good food, nearby beaches, very beautiful place and nice ambience. Visited twice in a week and stayed for two days sach time. Doesn't want to leave the place it's so good. Sll staff are very good, helpful n courteus. Will give 5 out if 5 to this property.

* we weren't able to step outside of the building as the place was stinking with bad odour of fish drying. * the property was not clean specially the jacuzzi was all green
* food was not great and also very expensive * crows & pigeons were swimming in the pool. Pigeon feathers all over the pool. We did not dare think of swimming there. * overall very expensive and disappointing experience.

Excellent location for a single day staycation food is good and so are the amenities on the property. Service is a bit slow otherwise all is good.

The hospitality and food is commendable, less item now compared to 4 years back, however the quality is better than more items spreads , since people tend to serve to try if displayed but can't finish everything. Pool and jacuzzi has become dirty over the years and so we choose something else to enjoy.
