The staff of the hotel are absolutely wonderful and eager to help with anything you may need!
The location is not great if you don’t need the nearby train station and you’re there to do the tourist attractions but it is quieter than the south Mumbai area in the evenings.
The hotel has its own restaurant and the food is excellent, highly recommend their Indian breakfast dishes.

Great service. Busy day so checkin was slow - room well set with amenities -window mesh in metal will get rusted by shower water hiring it regularly - shower could have had a drain nearby - ( it leaves the entire floor wet - good linen and good attention to detail . Keep up the cleanliness .

Worst hotel i beg you regarding our booking that my uncle has expired we are not coming pols cancel and i asked for refund they not even understand our problem he straightly said it cannot possible i convince him give half payment refund he simply said no it cannot possible

It was a good stay of one night, was disappointed with the food we ordered for lunch, received wrong order. Otherwise, good staff, good hospitality, clean and safe.

Very congested room. The cupboard cannot be opened. The bathroom has the drain on the opposite end of the shower so whole floor is filled with water. No consistency in housekeeping, first day no hand towels, second day no floor towel. Limited breakfast spread.

Smelly room with noisy air conditioner. They do not keep toiletries in bathroom like tooth brush and all. They will also charge for cutlery. No service at free breakfast. No live counter for breakfast. They are charging high vs services they provide. They don’t have parking, your car will be parked on road.

2*500ml local mineral water bottle gets provided despite you book 6k tariff room for 3 people. They ask you to pay extra for a bailey water bottle. Such a nonsense. Room service takes good 10mins for attending. However they are sweet from face, have painted gallery and reception nicely but lacks basic sense what they should provide. All in all cheap product supplying hotel for fancy looking stay
