1. We did not appreciate the way our stay was handled by the staff. At the time of check-in they did not inform that buffet breakfast will not be available. Then at night they called and informed that due to an event, they will serve breakfast in room. For someone who was already asleep, i replied ok. Next day when we called for breakfast, they offered only 3 measly options! and when we respectfully declined and asked for refund against breakfast, they flat out refused. Thats highly unprofessional when a hotel accommodates their own comfort and profit and ignores guests request and due refunds. The staff was rude and made no efforts to amend the situation. Especially mr karan.

We checked out early morning at 6 am so unable to comment on food. Location is convenient. The kettle was broken. There were no towels supplied, we had to ask for them.

Food was average. Please improve variety of breakfast and please change the tea dispenser mug as they are broken and still in use.

Byke delotel in Mumbai has been very accommodating to us and to our requests. They have tried their best to cater our needs since this is out first time in Mumbai. Zehra Prayjot has been very helpful as well especially during times that we forget our keycards inside, though we were not offered to be given two sets of keycards since there are two people inside. Other than that service, food and the ambiance is all a 100% superb.

Location is the best one. Food is also good. They provide food in room only but there is no proper furniture to keep all items and get served in room. Toiletries are not daily replenished but given on demand

Very nice arrangements and food was delicious entire hospitality was too good. I will definately recommend this place to everyone who is having business meetings at this place Entire staff was so humble and co-operative they helped us very well in all arrangements we needed
