Little bit off the Main Street so difficult to get the cab or taxi but on the whole location is good near cinema hall and restaurants at 10min walking distance

Good: location and staff rooms needs some maintenance. They don't disturb their guests. Many people around to hangout and meet. Fun republic mall and infinity malls are close to the hotel balaji, nadiadwala, yrf studios in walking distance

Room was not clean and housekeeping was too bad. Breakfast was not given. I have not clicked the picture. How will picture justify these problem. Problem was related to the management

No early-check in provided. We just needed to check-in before one hour as my wife first reach mumbai so she needed to reach hotel early. But they denied and hence she waited at airport for one hour. We ordered tea at hotel but they did not ordered. We extended for one night but still they called us many times for check out. Staff was not cooperative and room was not proper ventilated and it was so small. No complimentary room upgradation was provided.

No early check-in provided before 1 hour. No late check-out provided after 1 hour. No room upgradation provided. We ordered tea but they did not even care to order tea. We needed fridge to put beverages but they did not allowed despite room has no mini fridge they dint help to use their common restaurant fridge. We asked to extend for one night and we extended it via mmt. Despite that extention they calls manu time for checkout.

Very nice location with best price. Breakfast was good. Decent staff. Excellent service. Easily accessible to fun republic mall.
