I stayed at hotel heritage last weekend for a conference. before i went i informed the reception. They were absolutely terrific from the moment i arrived when my check-in was done until i left where all my comforts were taken care of Mr. Farooq the GRE was outstanding and answered to all my calls. Pick up and drop off was precise and very comfortable. The restaurant serving the breakfast is sumptuous . service is excellent . one of the staved is very rude and aggressive the name is satish. Ms. Jaya from reservation was very unprofessional she have learn how to talk with the guest on call. she is talking like m her boyfriend then l conveyance that madam m not not that guy who like b'f then she say me sorry. so i am requesting this please give proper training to reservation team . The conference halls were also very nice with great sound system. Hats off to heritage hospitality and i have started using hotel heritage every time i travel last few months. Again Special thanks to GRE Khushi Patel and Mr. Farooq for giving me one of the most Special care & Attention during to my stay at hotel heritage Mumbai.
