The staff were all friendly and gave us service with a smile. Although, we hoped that there would be a way to make the room warmer, we felt too cold. We have already shut down the AC but since there is centralization of AC, the coldness from the lobby and next room seeps in our room. The staff was kind enough to send us the maintenance guy but he couldn’t do anything for us. Also, we saw this property from Agoda.com and it was stated there that there was complimentary airport transfer but actually there was none.

This hotel is in a great location, with a local supermarket directly connected to the hotel, fast food restaurants such as McDonald's next door, the largest shopping mall in Brunei, and a night market all within walking distance!
