攜程訂的鐘點房，到那我先説我訂的是小時房，結果那個前台説網上關房了我們沒有那個價格！那女的還在跟我犟，我又説了一遍我訂的是小時房！這才尋思過味來，我就想不明白我都把手機給你看訂單了那底下寫着兩個小時難道看不見嗎？難道不確定一下訂單嗎？還這個不是我們接的是系統接的！客人到店不想着確定一下網上的訂單就説沒房間了？提高一下服務吧！這家店總感覺有一種不耐煩的感覺！！！！
