We’re in Moutiers for a ski trip, but unfortunately all other places are fully booked hence this awfully distant hotel.
First off, the hotel is terribly hard to get to. You will need to climb up a small hill to get there (nightmare if you’re returning from a day’s skiing 😅)
Secondly, the staff at the reception is not really friendly or helpful. She speaks no English and it was very difficult to communicate. Luggage storage before check in is always not available.
The room is not very sanitary either. Bed bugs were spotted and the extra quilt we asked for was dirty.
The room was not equipped with kettle and there were even no cups before we asked…..
Yet the hotel charges still a lot, which was obviously not worthwhile.

isolastion phonique nest pas tres bon sinon la salle d eau sont propre et la litrie comfortable

Hôtel un peu à l écart de la ville. Au 1er étage, les chambres sont modernes et propres . Salle de bain très bien. Literie moyenne. Par contre bruyant, on voit le jour autour de la porte d entrée de la chambre. C est dommage. Prix correct Parking gratuit

Nous sommes venus la semaine dernière, lors de notre périple cycliste. David, le gérant de l’hôtel, nous a super bien accueilli et à fait en sorte que notre passage d’une nuitée se passe du mieux possible. L’hôtel est très confortable et calme, loinde l’agitation routière de Moûtiers. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Merci David pour ton professionnalisme !

Ne vous fier pas aux photos, car on est bien loin de la réalité. Hotel très vieillot, hygiène laisse à désiré, le tout dans des chambres très médiocre niveau équipements. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas son prix, très limiite, petites vienoisserie qui se battent en duel avec une charcuterie insipide, le tout accompagné dun café jus de chausette. Dans la salle de bain, pas de chauffage,pas de gobelets ,rouleau de papier WC sur la fin, serviettes très fines . Bref, je ne le recommande pas.

This hotel is 2*. In need of totally refurbishment, looks terrible from the outside, worn out curtains and wooden rotten frames. On arrival meet by male ? Job role? who was very talkative and looked unhappy shouting…. Come on in Come on In ??? Very quick check in … no paperwork and room keys handed over. Rooms were clean but very smelly, water was brown!!! One desk/ chair very basic. Shower looked newish but took 10 mins to warm up! Not able to lock door from inside.. No security at all. After driving 600 miles was told by reception NO Hot drinks/water etc until breakfast @7am. Website said snack menu available as there is no restaurant. After speaking to reception he told me to ring a number for a Delivery Pizza from town !! WHAT Never again Avoid this place!!!

Der Name verspricht grosses, ist aber leider nichts! Heruntergekommenes Hotel, wenig einladend, Frühstücksraum kalt und lieblos, Frühstück aber gut und ausreichend, Lage schön, Zimmer sauber, für eine Nacht in Ordnung, dürfte viel von Arbeitern genutzt werden

Bon hôtel dans cette gamme de prix. Séjour pour le boulot, bon emplacement, grand parking, chambre simple et propre, petit déjeuner correct. Le réceptionniste David est super sympa et serviable. Bref bon séjour.

Hotel tres bien situé, facile à trouver. Accueil très sympathique, le soir avec un bon conseil d'adresse pour dîner et le matin avec David. Chambre simple mais très correcte. Petit-déjeuner agréable dans une salle à manger très lumineuse et dominant la ville
