The bedding and toiletries are good, and the service is excellent. However, there's a dirt road leading to the hotel that's currently being filled in. I happened to visit during a thunderstorm, which left a layer of mud on my car. Also, the breakfast area is quite small, and the food variety is limited."

"Booked this last minute upon arriving at the scenic spot, choosing it based on good reviews. The service upon arrival was warm and welcoming. You could tell it's a new hotel. The front desk girl spoke very softly and kindly provided children's slippers and toiletries for my child. The room size was good, and the bedding was excellent and comfortable to sleep on. Any minor issues that arose during our stay were quickly resolved, and their proactive approach to problem-solving made the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to friends."

"The facilities are brand new and excellent. They even have a Dyson hairdryer! The hotel is very close to the attractions, and there's parking available.
Everything is super clean, from the towels to the bath towels. The bed is large and comfortable.
I loved the environment – plenty of dining options nearby, and it's nice and quiet since it's not right on the main road. I'm picky about my sleep, and my request for a quiet room was handled perfectly over the phone.
The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly easy to communicate with. There was also a super helpful lady who assisted with luggage. Overall, a great experience in Xinjiang!
The breakfast was unbelievably generous! Since it was Sunday, it was served until 12 PM, so it covered both breakfast and lunch."

"The hotel is very luxuriously designed, with a castle feel. The hotel staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic. I upgraded the suite for free. I felt very comfortable after entering the room. The air was fresh and clean. The room layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete and modern, especially the bed is very comfortable, and I slept well at night. In addition, the separate toilet from the bathroom is also very satisfactory. The oversized bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath, and you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the city from the window, which is very pleasing to the eye.

"Nestled within the scenic area, this ger (yurt) accommodation boasts stunning mountain views and overlooks a beautiful lake. The owner is incredibly warm and attentive, even providing complimentary fruit and breakfast.
The home-style dishes, especially the grilled skewers and stewed lamb, are absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. You can enjoy your meal and drinks right on the lawn outside, taking in the sunset and starlit sky, and wake up to the morning dew and sunrise.
Being a ger, the washing and toilet facilities are basic. However, you can use the more extensive restroom facilities located nearby within the scenic area for showering and toilet needs."

"The hotel is located near the Sayram Lake Tourist Center, making it very convenient to enter the scenic area. Our room was upgraded, and we could even catch a glimpse of Sayram Lake – it was truly beautiful.
However, despite being a Marriott, some of the amenities felt a bit lacking. The children's toiletries provided were dirty; it looked like they had been used and not properly cleaned before being put back in the box. Luckily, we had brought our own, so we didn't need to use theirs.
The sound insulation in the room was poor. Perhaps because our room was close to the emergency exit, it was especially noisy in the morning. Still, it wasn't a huge impact on me, so it wasn't a big deal."

"This is a newly opened hotel with a great surrounding environment. Right outside the main entrance is an artificial lake, offering a wide, open view perfect for a leisurely stroll or a morning jog. The hotel's interior decor is also very nice, with complete facilities, including a well-equipped gym that guests can use in the evenings. The front desk staff are all attractive and provide excellent service. The guest rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including many kinds of beverages. I even captured a beautiful sunset on the day I checked in. All in all, it lives up to its five-star quality and is definitely worth staying at."

The lobby manager Xiao Guo is very nice and patiently helps me arrange the strategy (where to cheer, play, eat, etc.). My clothes are dirty, he intimately helped me take the dirty clothes to the washing machine to wash, wash and dry them and put them at the door of my room. This is commendable. The service has nothing to say.

Surprise 1: Here at the high point of Saihu, you can watch the sunrise when you get up, and you can also watch the entire Saihu. For adults, this view is absolutely amazing.
Surprise 2: The boss is a family of three, the son is a handsome guy in Kazakh, is the best Mandarin at home, communication with customers is him, communication is completely barrier-free, the family is particularly simple and enthusiastic, ask everything is to get it will try to satisfy.
Surprise 3: They raised a group of cattle in their family, and other families on the mountain behind them raised a group of sheep. There are 2 sheep dogs and a few horses in the family. This is really a picture that children like. Play with dogs, talk to lambs, ride horses and ride horses all the time... There is also the difference between sheep dung and cow dung. Because it's visible everywhere, it's natural.
Surprise 4: For dinner, I ordered mutton skewers, clear lamb chops, hand-caught rice, two big and one small actually did not finish, the weight was very large, and the taste was very good. The clear mutton soup has no stew at all (it is best to order it in advance, because the clear mutton soup will take about 2 hours)
Of course, since you choose a boudoir, you must be prepared in your heart. If you can accept the following content, you can choose: 1) There is no separate toilet, there is a dry toilet, and you can't take a bath. 2) The room is a heater, you have to add carbon at night, otherwise you will not stick to the next morning. 3) Clean and tidy standards should be benchmarked against similar boudoirs rather than five-star hotels.
Overall, if I come here next time, I will still choose this boudoir.

The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!

GGuest UserI initially chose this place for its unique glass-house design, which I found very appealing. To my surprise, the room was super warm at night thanks to the underfloor heating. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and even turned on the heating for us in advance, so arriving after 1 AM was still very comfortable.
I'm quite particular about bathroom cleanliness, and this one was spotless. Just a small heads-up: the shower floor can be a bit slippery, so be careful.
The staff mentioned 24-hour service, so I assume they have rotating shifts – very considerate! Besides breakfast, you can enjoy complimentary coffee at the front desk in the morning, which was a lovely bonus.
The location is great, very close to Dongmen. On a clear morning, the views were beautiful, putting me in a wonderful mood! Overall, a truly memorable experience.

GGuest UserMy first capsule hotel experience totally exceeded my expectations! It felt really safe and cozy in there, and the bed was so clean and comfy.
They even offer free laundry service, which was a huge plus.
Location-wise, it's pretty great too. I was walking to the park, and it was super close to the Old East Gate entrance. Plus, there are tons of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area, a very short drive away, with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean, and the indoor environment is good. The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

JJianhaijiao333To be honest, the hotel facilities are very good, but the breakfast is very poor. I don't know who designed the TV wall in the room. It's so ugly. When the sliding doors on both sides are closed, the TV is completely blocked. When you open it, you have to walk sideways from the living room to the bedroom; when you insert the room card, the curtains will automatically close. When you calm down, the toilet suddenly says: Welcome to use the Xiaoai toilet. For these problems, I suggest the boss to bring the management team to experience it in person. It cost so much money to repair it, don't be fooled by the contractor like this.
I especially praise Manager Ai and Zhang Ning at the front desk. They are very enthusiastic to guests and try their best to solve these small problems of inadequate facilities.
