"Let's start with the downsides: 1. There was a constant buzzing sound at night, which was a bit noisy. Just before checking out, I realized it was the refrigerator in the cabinet. 2. The shower didn't have a handheld showerhead, which was quite inconvenient. Now for the good points: 1. The location is good, about a 20-minute walk from the transit center. 2. It's also relatively close to restaurants in town and parks. If you don't mind walking, everything is accessible on foot, and shared e-scooters are also available. 3. The room environment was decent, and the bedding wasn't the traditional stark white, which actually looked quite comfortable. 4. The hotel offers a pick-up service; you just need to call and book it a day in advance."

"This is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable, and the front desk is warm and attentive. I stayed in Yanji for two nights. The price is super expensive and the hotel is not that good. The price of this hotel and Yanji's more than 800 yuan should be similar. The 380 room I stayed at in Yanji actually had disposable non-woven sheets, bath towels and other supplies! If you have plenty of time, you can live in nearby counties instead of Yanji. The conditions and prices are much better."

Service: 3.5, a bit low because of a minor oversight in cleaning on the first day, and some staff seemed unfamiliar with the surroundings. Minibar: Generous Travel worry-free - Changbaishan High-speed Rail Station pick-up/drop-off service: Came by plane, haven't used it yet. First time writing a Ctrip review, doing a task for a good rating. The front desk and breakfast area staff deserve full marks for their patience with the elderly. Others should learn from them (even though it's part of their job). The small self-service restaurant was surprisingly exquisite, delicious, and flavorful. It would be great if they could offer afternoon tea in the future. It doesn't necessarily have to follow other hotels with lunch and dinner. The restaurant across from the hotel window had a Golden Osmanthus fish that was rich and flavorful, just to my liking. Keep up the good work climbing the North Slope! This is a great place for everyone to relax and unwind. Suggestion: Suites could include a coffee capsule machine to enhance the stay experience. If it rains, you can happily stay in the hotel and enjoy a series of activities ^_^ The arcade coin experience was great. Although I didn't win, it would be nice if they offered a small plush toy 🧸, but that's just a personal suggestion."

"I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel from August 25th to 27th. ✅ **Transportation:** Took the high-speed train from Shenyang Station to Changbaishan Station, departing at 09:30 and arriving around 12:00. 🏨 **Accommodation | Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel:** The hotel provides a shuttle bus service from the high-speed rail station. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes, with stops at Hilton → Blue Sky (Lan Jing) → Crowne Plaza. The hotel is situated halfway up the mountain, right next to the North Gate of Changbaishan Scenic Area. It's only a few minutes' walk to the scenic area entrance, making its location exceptionally advantageous. 🍚 **Lunch:** There are hardly any shops nearby, so we had lunch directly at the hotel. The prices were reasonable. 🍚 **Dinner:** Not far from the hotel, there's a forest farm with a 'farmhouse iron pot stew' restaurant. If you book a meal, the restaurant arranges transportation. We ordered free-range chicken stewed with hazelnuts. The owner also recommended 'Feilong' (Hazel Grouse) and 'Linwa' (Forest Frog). 'Feilong' is indeed the Hazel Grouse, and it's said that the 'flying dragon' in the saying 'flying dragon in the sky, donkey meat on the ground' refers to this bird. 🎡 **Activities:** **Pet Paradise:** An open-air enclosure with rabbits, sika deer, alpacas, white ferrets, and sable. You can get up close to pet, feed, and take photos with them. **Blue Sky (Lan Jing) Primitive Forest Loop Trail:** Just across the road, it's quiet with few people. Along the way, you can see fallen ancient trees and wild fungi on the trees. The air is fresh, and the atmosphere is very immersive. After completing the loop, we returned to the hotel to rest. **Julong Volcanic Hot Springs:** Both Crowne Plaza and Blue Sky have Julong Volcanic Hot Springs, but you can't use the springs at the other hotel. We changed into our swimsuits, robes, and slippers in our room, then went downstairs and turned left to find the hot spring pools. Staying at the Crowne Plaza offers unlimited access to the hot springs. If you're not staying, a hot spring ticket costs over two hundred yuan per person. So, just for the hot spring tickets, it would have cost our family of three six to seven hundred yuan. The Crowne Plaza has many outdoor pools, with water temperatures ranging from 39 to 42 degrees Celsius. The hot spring water has no particular smell but leaves your skin feeling smooth. Surrounded by the forest, with fresh air, soaking for fifteen to twenty minutes makes you sweat. Then, you can try another pool. There's also a small fish spa pool where you can soak your feet, and a group of small fish will come to nibble at your feet, which is both ticklish and fun. **Butler Service:** Our butler, Yueyue, provided five-star service! From arranging the shuttle bus before check-in to confirming breakfast and various entitlements upon arrival, and offering thoughtful itinerary reminders, her service truly made our stay at the Crowne Plaza excellent value for money."

"1. Food is paramount, and the breakfast here is delicious. It's not overly luxurious, but it has everything you need. The side dishes are great, the soy milk is tasty, and there's a small crispy pastry that an elder in our group said tasted like old Northeast China – they ate three of them! 😂 2. The location is within walking distance of the distribution center, and there are many dining options nearby. There's a BBQ place with pretty good food. The area is very safe, if you know what I mean. 3. The staff are very friendly. My room had a bathtub, which I hadn't seen in the pictures, so I didn't bring anything for a bath – a bit of a shame! The air conditioning was powerful. This room could easily sleep seven people; we only used less than half of the upstairs tatami area. The kids could roll around in bed without fear of falling off. 4. The guy who picked us up from the station was very chatty and gave us a lot of useful tips!"

"Absolutely amazing! It's super close to Changbai Mountain, easily walkable there and back, and I didn't find the taxi situation inconvenient at all, contrary to what I'd read online. They even offered a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station! Plus, they upgraded our room type! The soundproofing is excellent and the room is huge, we felt completely at ease. Loved it, loved it!"

"This hotel, which opened 26 years ago, has a very Japanese-style interior. It's owned by the same proprietor as the Doraku Hotel. There's a public hot spring bath, and I specifically asked the staff who said the hot spring water is transported here by vehicle. You can tell the owner's meticulous attention to detail from the in-room amenities and items in the public hot spring area – all top-tier brands. The complimentary amenity kit and toiletries exceeded my expectations. The hotel is designed to mimic a Japanese garden, similar to Kyoto, and there are no elevators inside. If your room is on the second or third floor, you'll need to climb stairs, but the front desk staff will help carry your luggage to your room. Upon checkout, they'll also assist with bringing your luggage down to the parking lot if needed. Overall, it's a hotel that offers a fantastic experience."

"Great experience with the hotel stay. Room are big and comfortable. Great breakfast variety but taste is average. Have lot of fun activities within the resort like snow slide and snow mobile ginseng expeneruces with good guides bring us around. People around the area friendly. Except for impatient pickup driver as we are slight late due to network problem while we in mid of liaisng with hotel on pickup location at carpark, nearly collision with bus during our ride to the hotel. Drop off driver is very friendly and helpful. We had a very tasty and delicious dinner at the BBQ resturant that hotel offer us a voucher for our dining. Attraction Tianci is closed per reception. Thank you for making our stay wonderful."

It rained all day on July 7th in Erdaobaihe, and after getting off the high-speed train, we wanted to experience taking the local bus, so we didn't ask the hotel to arrange a pick-up. However, the bus stop was still a bit of a walk from the hotel. What truly touched us was that the hotel's front desk specially sent staff to pick us up at the bus stop in the rain! The hotel's soft and hard furnishings are all top-notch! As a result, I've already contacted my relatives to come and stay here too. Wishing the hotel a prosperous business and continued success!"
