The staff were so friendly and helpful, my husband only drinks decaf coffee so I asked the gentleman at the front if they happened to have any and he gladly gave me two pods to make in our room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The shower was lovely with awesome water pressure! We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend!! Service was great, and rooms were clean and comfortable. Great fire pit, good location. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. Front desk was so helpful, were able to give recommendations.

My husband and I have stayed here previously so this was our first choice when needing an overnight stay in Mount Shasta. As previously the front desk individual was very pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The grounds are nicely kept and enjoyable to enjoy the outdoor space. The price point is excellent. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff in the office upon our arrival - the desk clerk’s advice on local eateries was spot on. Room was meticulously clean and well appointed. The grounds were neatly kept and the fire pit later in the evening was first rate. Bed was cozy towels were plentiful and we’d stay here again if in the area.

We came for a wedding in Shasta and really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to book and easy to find. The place was very nice and clean. Amenities were great, staff friendly, great value. Beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. All around great experience.

Outstanding. Spent one night at the Inn. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and outgoing, with recommendations of best places to sightsee in the area (don't miss Crystal Lake...) and where to eat/drink in Mt. Shasta. Highly recommend.

10/10 would stay again! Beautiful room, remodel was clearly done well, they obviously put a lot of time and effort into this! Lovely attention to detail, great shower, clean, quiet, sweet handwritten note on the bed! Didn’t get to stay long, but I’ll be back when in town! Thanks Cole & Carly!
