The nicest thing about this great hotel is Randy. He made our stay there amazing. He was very accommodating and amazing. Rooms are comfortable staff friendly. Beverages cold. What more can you ask for. What an amazing time had by all. Definitely a 5 star review

Our favorite place to stay with our group when in the Charleston wa. Hotel is ver clean, located in convenient and safe area. Our group enjoys gathering at the rooftop pool and fire pit srea. Staff is always professional and kind. On this trip Randy at front desk went above and beyond to accomodate our group.

Mr Edward hands down was the best !!!!! Breakfast was delicious he even came out and spoke with all of the guests. He was kind, gracious, and friendly. I will definitely come back to this Hilton establishment again. Thank you for the stay....

Great location, clean and pet friendly hotel. The staff were all pleasant and eager to assist. Breakfast is reasonably priced and the buffet has great options including made to order omelets and pancakes. You can also just order off the menu if you’re not feeling a buffet. Our server, Jessica went above and beyond to make sure she knew each of our made to order requests as well as our names. She made sure to look out for us and get us whatever we needed. Overall a great stay. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of is service is every other day. Not a deal breaker but did sway the score to 4 instead of 5.

Staff is friendly, helpful, courteous. Jessica was especially helpful during the morning breakfast. She us a very hard worker, enjoys helping others and is friendly. When we saw trash in the hallway, the front desk staff had it cleaned and picked up promptly.

We were on a girls trip to charleston and stayed our last night at hilton garden inn. Had breakfast on the day of check out. Jessica helped us with the entire experience and she is exceptional. Very kind, polite and conscientious. 5 stars!!!!

All the staff was excellent here. Room was clean and everything is in working order. I especially enjoyed breakfast because Jessica was so happy kind and such a hard worker. They had a nice dinner and a 5:00 pm happy hour in the restaurant. Enjoyed my stay here.

I arranged a family celebration to coincide with my brother’s retirement and birthday. A group of us booked a cruise for the event. The hurricanes delayed the boarding, and the Assistant General Manager, Randy, really took care of us. He did such a fantastic job I made sure to reserve a room for when we returned, and we were cared for in the same manner. My sister raved about the customer service more than the amenities. I was quite comfortable and impressed with the location, as this is my go-to for whenever I would choose to sail. These people know how to treat their guests.

Randy greeted us with pure delight and it was a delight to have great service at the first start. He was so polite and the bartender was amazing also. Everything was excellent. I would love to have more experiences like this for every hotel I stay in. This has been an excellent experience.
