Comfortable and very clean stay. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Well done! Previous guest had changed a setting on the TV and the staff came upstairs to fix it when over the phone trouble shooting didn’t work. Bed was super comfortable and I slept like a rock. Also appreciated that the AC/Heater unit was not excessively loud. Very quiet stay.

We came here after refusing a room at another hotel and what a difference. Very efficient, professional and friendly service. Clean room. Good value. Good in room coffee. The cookies were a nice touch too. Will stay here again and will recommend to family if we need to put someone up.

Last year, my husband and I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time. Today, our 12-day stay ended and unfortunately, I never want to stay there again. As a result of the loud music that was played in the lobby, we had five sleepless nights. I also believe that the housekeeping services need to be improved. If you want to have a peaceful morning, be prepared for loud chatter coming from the rooms that the housekeepers are cleaning, because they often hold loud conversations while cleaning separate rooms. In other words, they may be yelling across the hallways. Don't expect for your room to be cleaned well either when you arrive. My, how things have changed since last year.

The hotel went out of its way to be welcoming and announce their commitment to cleanliness, but here were several details that stand out and led to a poor rating. First, we found both beds had sheets that were stained, one with a footprint. This led to being shown two other rooms, but both of these also had stained sheets. Yeesch! We settled for new sheets for our beds, but even those were stained. The bathroom had a slow-draining sink, the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine. It is clear the overall update of the building was done by Holiday Inn Corporate, but those items left to the local staff were not done well. I can't recommend a stay at this location and we will not be back.
