The place is over rated. Staff is very uncooperative and speaks very rudly. Went for lunch at 1445hrs, they confirmed availability of lunch, then some staff broke their cutlery plates and 5 m8n later at 1505hrs the hotel Staff denied to take order for food, quoting we came after 1500hrs. The F&B manager lied on face saying that she saw us coming late. Very unprofessional behavior which was surprising in hotel industry. Left embarrassed and disappointed from the hotel. Icing on the cake was the manager blocked my number when I tried calling him to atleast render some assistance. Would have rated zero star if that was possible

Very peaceful and laidback atmosphere. Luckily there was less occupancy so very quite. The property and grounds are well kept. These days they have regular visits for a bear family. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Would not stay anywhere else in Mt. Abu.

Recently me my wife and my son stayed in this lovely property. We were really pleased with our stay. As the name say, it give the real feelings of a palace. Each and every staff member made our stay more memorable. Thank you so much for everything.

Bikaner Palace is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town, natural surroundings lots of greenery and lovely staff. We stayed at the Palace complex and were overwhelmed by the room size, facilities, large dining area and sitting area nicely decorated. Food was very nice and prepared on order only hence you get fresh food only. Their new bar situated at a height has a beautiful sitting area where you can feel the cool breeze and spend hours together. The lights decoration in the night gives a nice ambience and one can enjoy walking the lawns. Being in a natural habitat animals are common so one has to be careful of the same. Although the wifi connectivity is a bit downer, the same can be improved. Overall a pleasant stay. Thanks to the chef, staff and Mr Rewat Ji for the amazing stay.

Had a lovely stay with my family and friends at Palace Hotel Bikaner House. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and room service was speedy. Super friendly and accommodating staff managed by Shri RevatsinghJi very nicely. The in-house restaurant served an exceptional breakfast and dinner buffet. I recommend trying their dinner at least once during your stay, All thanks to Chef Vikram Singh. Overall, I had a really pleasant time with no complaints.

When you choose an old palace as a hotel, you should expect large rooms, a slightly outdated decor and equipment that may be a little 'dated'. And, on this side, at the Palace Hotel, we are not disappointed: huge lounge, large rooms, endless corridors,... But also the possibility of seeing up close what a real maharajah's palace was. ...and to dream a little....The staff is very friendly and does their best. Be careful of the freshness which can be surprising: we are at 1200m altitude and, compared to the plain, this means 10° less at least...The room (and especially the bathroom) can be cool, but a electric radiator is provided....

This hotel was a let down despite the lovely location, the hall and dinning rooms are very well decorated and maintained, in general the property is well maintained. However what it lacks is hospitality! The reception is quite pathetic, and the very poor internet is something they need to sort out. International guests need to have a proper working internet access.. The food is finger licking good especially the dinner. Breakfast is rather poor.. Chef who was new to the hotel served up fantastic meals at dinner.. Hospitality is missing big time, especially considering that the owners/ manager have a training in hospitality, which one just does not feel at all.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Our general experience of the area was very good. We enjoyed the outdoor space, local restaurants and the location was outstanding. We were disappointed however that on the first night, monkeys had raided our rooms and had stolen a lot of food. We appreciate there were some signs put up but it would have been better stated to guests upon check in. We had reported to reception that a bag had also been missing from the rooms. Despite having cameras, the hotel did not launch an investigation and contact us about the situation. Missing property was reported immediately to the reception and we have been waiting days now with no contact or updates. This was very disappointing customer service.

Gorgeous property with the most beautiful outdoor setting. Huge rooms with very cool decor. Great dinner too - maybe our favourite meal in Rajasthan. Excellent service also. I would highly recommend this hotel. Make sure to also visit the main jain temple if you’re going to mount abu!
