There is a speedboat from Tomari Port in Naha that goes to Toguchi Port, and it is just a few minutes walk from there. It is conveniently located near the bus stop and supermarket. The owner is not only knowledgeable about places to eat and drink, but also has useful information about snorkeling and cafes, so it was easy to ask for travel advice and it was very helpful.
