I stayed at the Fairfield Inn on business on 10/2/24. I woke up today covered in bedbug bites. I called in to report this and spoke to Jen (?). I don’t feel that this was taken seriously. She suggested that perhaps I had incurred the bites during recreational activities. However, this is definitely not the case. I am an RN and was seeing patients all day and came straight to the hotel at the end of the day. I was told that they have never had a problem with bedbugs in the past, but she would “look into it.” I get the feeling that that isn’t going to happen, as she didn’t take down my room number or ask my name. The room was 329, if anyone cares. My hope is that they will hire an exterminator to “look into it” because nobody should have to deal with this. Especially at the “bargain “ price of $230 a night.
