I saw that some rooms have been renovated, but for some reason the reception did not give us a new room. It is unknown whether it was not renovated or something else. But because of the construction, it was very inconvenient to go around a long way from the lobby to the upstairs room. The hotel service staff can only be said to be just so so. Except for the last day when we left the hotel, no one opened the door or helped with the luggage when we walked to the door. The service level is not as good as its self-positioned landmark hotel in Moscow. Another thing worth complaining about is that the quality of toiletries in a hotel that costs more than 2,000 yuan a night is so poor. It feels like a cheap brand from a small factory in the south. It is dry and astringent. I can't understand why the quality is so poor. Finally, let me say something good. The breakfast environment is indeed a highlight. It is definitely worth checking in for tourists. The food quality is also good, and the stuff service in the restaurant is much better than that in other areas.
