A semi short and sweet review. It’s five star and priced to be pretentious of course. That price point of significance comes with expectations. Of the room is not available at 3 for check in and you are asked to wait (we waited 45 minutes more) - at least offer water or a drink. It’s rude to keep people waiting at the price they are paying and not offer something while they graciously wait. Word to the wise, Massage was hit and miss. At the price paid which was extremely high, it can never be a miss. You must hire the best of the best. To pay 12000 Rubles for an hour massage - it must be an incredible experience. I felt like I was anywhere getting a very basic massage. Really disappointing. Don’t get a massage. And while my partner thought her massage therapist was of quality there was still mediocre aesthetic treatment during. Even the oil is just so so. St. Regis lives on reputation these days in finding and seating on its laurels of yesteryear. This establishment is no different. Pretentious without enough fabulous.

The service concept is very poor. Room 206 does not have air conditioning. We negotiated from the afternoon to 12 o'clock in the morning but it was not resolved. Finally, I was forced to lose my temper before they were willing to send someone up to change the room. I am also drunk with the level of St. Regis. I will go there directly when I come to Moscow next time.

The room was very tidy. Because I was traveling with an elderly person and I had been researching it for many days in China, I booked it for one night first to see if it was convenient. Later I found that it was very close to the Red Square and several attractions, so I immediately renewed my reservation for another night that night. . Unfortunately, it snowed heavily on the first day, and I overestimated my physical strength, so I couldn't push my luggage here. The location of the hotel is actually very close to the subway station. The subway feels like it is built under the hotel. But there is no elevator in the subway here🛗It is strongly recommended to take a taxi directly and walk in the snow with your luggage haha😄I even admire myself.
When I left, I decisively called for a taxi. The doorman was very nice and helped communicate with the driver.
If you only stay in Moscow for one day, it is highly recommended to stay in a hotel near Red Square.
