La Tunisia è decisamente economica. Per mangiare, fare benzina, shopping… Gli hotel, però, non sono proprio regalati. Almeno, non se si prenota dall’Italia, tramite Booking e cercando un minimo di rapporto qualità/prezzo. Questo albergo, a dieci minuti a piedi da Porte de France e, quindi, dall’ingresso della Medina, ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo ed è perfetto per girare la città. Le camere - noi avevamo una tripla - sono ampie e funzionali. I letti comodi. Il bagno grande e ben organizzato. Buono anche il livello igienico e varia la colazione compresa nel prezzo. Unica cosa, forse, migliorabile il segnale Wi-Fi nelle stanze. La reception è aperta h24 e per chi viaggia in macchina poco distante c’è un parcheggio a pagamento custodito. Consigliato.

Located centrally in the Tunis souk, my father and I loved our stay. Surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants, it makes for a great night out. Clean, lavish and traditional hotel operated by a smiling, hard working team. Our room was extremely nice with air condition, a clean bathroom and strong Wi-Fi. The dining area is also well maintained and kitchen staff are super sweet - even serving us extra food without us even asking! The rooftop is also next level, where staff brought us tea and pastries while we enjoyed the sunset over the city. Amazing staff. Amazing hotel.

Mixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy

I traveled to Tunis alone and stayed for 3 nights. The receptionists were all friendly and the room condition was not bad. There were many restaurants nearby and I would like to visit again.

The rooms are large, beautiful, ok in a little hilllot style, beautiful bathrooms. The girl with the reception is very nice, I don't understand these criticisms. Most of all about the price. Of course we are not in George V in Paris, but we pay 15 times less!

I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. I didn't come back. It took only two and a half hours to change the quilt. The result was not changed. The second time we made a suggestion before the check-in, it was really clean, but there was no breakfast but didn't remind us. We had to check out and told us to add 120 yuan for breakfast. We had booked a triple room instead just arrived we received a up grade in small suites ! Very gentle!! Room with double bed, kitchen room and bed sofa and bathroom in modern style. I felt home.The place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. We asked for the missing covers for the bed sofa and immediately served us with coats and covers just out of the washing machine. It is a pity that there is no restaurant that serves for dinner, because there are no fast food or restaurants with local kitchen, but only a room next to the hotel Maia that serves coffee and sandwich/sweet sandwiches. We went down for breakfast the morning and I must say that the whole thing was delicious, especially fresh bean juice and bread. We stayed for a night all in quiet ... Hotel Maia is excellent price and pleasant stay. The only negative side is the lack of availability of dinner in hotels and the distance from the center of the capital for the rest is all excellent!

Very nice little hotel. Centrally located. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and equipped with air conditioning and tv equipment. Car could be parked in the associated underground car park. Again any time.

👌A 5-star hotel less than 10 minutes' drive from Tunis Airport. Before leaving Tunis, I had a meal here. My friends said that this was probably the best meal of the whole trip. In a nutshell~ 🌳The buffet has couscous, but spinach lasagna is my favorite, and there are several kinds of lamb. 🌸The cantaloupe here is so delicious that one person can finish two whole plates (we came at the end of April, not sure if it is in season) ☘️The hotel's facilities and design are also relatively new, good reviews
