1. Property is located hardly 500 meters away from the beach. 2. The property was well maintained. The care taker (krishna) is well behaved and always ready to help. 3. Safety standards - property follows all the necessary protocols to ensure the safety of the customers.

Very nice place. 5 mins walk from morjim beach. Shivam, caretaker is a very descent and sincere person. Rooms are clean. All the facilities are available. Breakfast was awesome too. Very good experience. Quite place. Rooms are big. Furniture is descent

Room was very good and clean. View from the hotel was also beautiful. Balcony seating arrangement was nicee. Washroom was clean and nice. Only some electronics like tv, refrigerator wasn't working.
