不是很新的飯店，一樓有附設廁所，所以經過搭電梯時，可以聞到濃濃的廁所味，是比較可惜的地方。房間設施也算是比較舊式，但還算乾淨。有提供三角飯糰.飲料，漫畫免費看，算是貼心服務。飯店離盛岡城跡公園，走路約10分鐘，不算很遠。因為有含早餐，住宿價格來說，性價比算是不錯的。

気持ち良く宿泊出来ました。気にするような騒音もなく熟睡できます。ロケーションも繁華街から近く利用しやすい。近隣のホテルで比較的リーズナブルです。

漫画が沢山あり、漫画の種類も豊富で最近連載された人気漫画や王道の人気漫画まで揃えており満足できました。朝食が美味しい。4種類のカレーや郷土料理まで多数あり良かった。建物は古め、駐車場がわかりにくい。ナビだと裏側に誘導される。立中のため車に車幅制限がある
