This is a colonial beautiful hotel with a lot of history in the heart of Morelia. Their service is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you. Their check in time is at 3:00pm but we got there very early in the morning and they helped us accommodate The hotel is super clean. I definitely would stay again in this hotel.

Me gusto mucho parece una casa vieja pero todo está bien conservado y muy cómodas las camas …. El baños delicioso, y yo fui en lluvias así que no se si es caluroso por que no hay aire acondicionado, solo ventilador de techo que en frío nunca se necesito

The place is relly nice, I like it it is quiet in the inside, you need to know (and understand) that is an old palace, rooms are good, service is ok , by the Cathedral. Now, restaurant is ok, good food and place, prices maybe little high for Mexicans, cheap for USD o €,

Disappointing hotel. Great location and the terrace is cool. But the rooms are claustrophobic. No windows. No ventilation just an overhead fan. Basic furnishing. Not even a chair despite the large room. Mattress hard. Give the rooms a pass and enjoy the terrace. They desperately need to upgrade the furnishings and decor. Overpriced.

La habitación es demasiado pequeña sin una ventana nada que ver con las habitaciones que tienen en su página o publicidad, el restaurante y la vista es muy buna pero puedes venir sin hospedarte, no volvería a hospedarme pero si vendría al restaurante

Me hospede el sábado 8 de octubre y arriba de mi habitación tuvieron un evento privado y durante toda la noche hicieron muchísimo ruido entre gritos , baile y música . No pudimos descansar . Un usted disculpe no es suficiente. Cuando tengan ese tipo de eventos no deben rentar es habitación . Deben tener más consideración por sus huéspedes. Gracias

Un bonito hotel, lastima del ruido de su restaurante en la azotea no nos dejo dormir, termina hasta las 4am. Muy mala experiencia, quería ir a descansar y resulto peor. Pagar mucho por no descansar!!!

The good: Beautiful old hotel across the street from cathedral. Breakfast in restaurant (not included in cost of room) was good. Restaurant views were nice. The bad: Bad funky smell coming from bathroom. A bit noisy until late. Room was small. Not worth the price.
