The experience was very bad. I booked the hotel early, but when I arrived at the local hotel, I was told that there was no reservation information. A large group of people were waiting at the front desk. It was very bad. The entire communication was back and forth between three parties. What’s even more outrageous is that one of the bookings has no room. I never thought that a platform as big as Ctrip would make this mistake. Beruwala is hot this season and mosquitoes bite in the evening. The final solution is also terrible. I have never dared to do so again. Booked an overseas hotel on Ctrip.

This is more a resort then a normal hotel. with good facilities .
Even though it is more then 20 years old it is still o'kay and is currently being updated and renovated.
Back when it first opened ,it was probably the best resort in all of Sri Lanka!!
Quiet location ,a bit out of town ,but easy to get a Tuk Tuk to get around.
it is about 2 hours by bus from Colombo ,or probably quicker by train ........ but not as much fun!
Staff where freindly and helpful if needed.

Best place to stay in, very clean and near to the beach you can also book for a romantic dinner beside the beace it’s really lovely. The staff are very nice and I highly recommend mr. maduranga for his services. My husband and i had a lovely time together in this hotel😄

We had a lovely time at the hotel the people where friendly and went out of there way to please you. The staff in the restaurant like Thisaru were wonderfull. The food was delicious we even had a BBQ evening. So thank you everybody at Eden hotel.

Super toller Service, Menuka is very friendly. Also the cleaning stuff is excelent. The guys from the pool always very nice. Always feeling welcome here. The food is very delicious and fresh. Menuka is very good guy :) he take always care of us

Sehr gutes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit vor allem Menuka und auch die Leute vom zimmerservice. Die Zimmer sind groß, das Buffett ist reichhaltig und auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Die Anlage ist schön mit großem Pool und Gym.

The room service and the staff was very courteous. Especially Tanya was very helpful when it comes to figuring out certain aspects of the room. Overall the food, ambience, swimming pool and really close access to the beach made our stay pleasant.
